You could be getting posts from this blog delivered to you automatically by a news feed.
The blog has two feeds, one RSS and one Atom. What the difference is for practical purposes, I have no idea.
Copy one of these feeds into your device's memory, then paste it into a news reader or aggregator program such as Juice or the WebbIE RSS feed reader from www.webbie.org.uk/
The Atom feed looks like this:-
